ATP enzyme

Mitochondrial eve

Many people scoff at the idea that all humans descended from a woman called Eve only thousands of years ago. But geneticists actually endorse a similar idea, known as mitochondrial Eve. By studying the DNA in cell parts known as mitochondria, scientists propose that all humans descended from a single woman that lived 200,000 years ago.

Genetic entropy

Dr. John Sanford and Dr. Robert Carter discuss how genetic entropy is a fatal flaw for biological evolution. World-renowned Geneticist Dr. John Sanford is the inventor of the biolistic process ("gene gun"), pathogen-derived resistance, and genetic immunization. He has been a Cornell University Professor for more than 25 years.

Calling someone a mutant is an insult because mutations, which are copying mistakes in DNA, are almost always bad. In fact, we know many mutations by the diseases they cause and, to make matters worse, more mutations are added to the genome every year.
